Step 2: Receive Your Quote
Once we review your submission, we’ll contact you with a price and instructions for shipping your pipettes to our Boston lab.

Step 3: Prepare Your Pipettes for Shipping

  • Clean your pipettes before sending

  • Include any accessories or tips if applicable

  • Package securely to prevent damage during transit

Step 4: We Receive, Calibrate, and Test
When your pipettes arrive, our certified technicians will perform precise calibration, maintenance, and any necessary repairs. Each pipette is tested to ensure accurate performance.

Step 5: Fast Return Shipping
Once complete, your pipettes are carefully packaged and shipped back to your lab. You’ll also receive documentation of calibration for compliance and records.
